Terms of Use

DTScope is a SaaS platform aimed at digital transformation consultants. It offers AI-assisted interview tools, process analysis, visual map generation, strategic canvases, and professional report export.

To use DTScope, you must create an account with truthful information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities carried out from your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

DTScope offers monthly subscription plans with different levels of functionality. Prices are shown excluding VAT for professional clients. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless previously cancelled.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are made for partial periods. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the paid period.

The DTScope platform, including its code, design, logos, text, and features, is the property of Luis Miguel Salgado Alonso. Content generated by users (interviews, analyses, reports) is the property of the user who creates it. DTScope does not claim rights over user-generated content.

You agree to: - Not use the platform for illegal or unauthorized activities. - Not attempt to access other users' accounts. - Not reverse engineer the software. - Not intentionally overload the servers. - Not reproduce, duplicate, or resell the service without authorization.

We strive to keep DTScope continuously available. However, we do not guarantee 100% availability. Interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you of scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice.

DTScope is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the analyses, recommendations, or reports generated by AI are accurate or complete. The user is responsible for validating and reviewing all generated content before presenting it to third parties. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Use.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the city of the Controller's domicile.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
