We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

Your data is hosted on European servers provided by Supabase (EU region). We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access control, and regular backups.

You can exercise the following rights at any time by writing to info@dtscope.com: - Access: obtain confirmation of whether we process your data and access it. - Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data. - Erasure: request the deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary. - Restriction: request that we limit processing under certain circumstances. - Portability: receive your data in a structured format. - Objection: object to the processing of your data for legitimate reasons. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

7. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as you maintain an active account on DTScope. If you cancel your account, we will delete your personal data within a maximum of 30 days, unless there is a legal obligation to retain them for a longer period.

8. Third Parties and International Transfers

We share data only with providers necessary for the service to function: - Supabase (hosting, EU region) - Stripe (payment processing) - Vercel (website hosting) - OpenAI (AI processing, anonymized data) We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. We do not use your data to train artificial intelligence models.

We reserve the right to update this policy. We will notify you of any significant changes by email or through a notice on the platform.
